Carolina Herrera (and Lord knows homegirl knows her shit) told me that the staple to any woman’s wardrobe is a crisp white shirt. And lately, I’ve been taking her advice to heart and pairing my tried-and-true Theory blouse with just about everything — most recently it being with a distressed denim skirt.
This past Tuesday night, I co-hosted a glam holiday shopping experience at VHERNIER (talk about bling!) in the Design District where a portion of the night’s proceeds benefitted the The Cushman School. To my sheer delight, the affair ended up being “one of those nights” thanks to a pre-party and after party at a dear friend’s house (who shall remain nameless because they’re way too cool for this blog) with some fellow fave partners-in-awesomeness-and-naughtiness. You see, I’m not one pour on the Grey Goose on a school night (the mere thought of a 7 a.m. wakeup alarm sends shivers down my spine) but sometimes the most random nights turn out to be the stuff of legends, you feel my flow?
Naturally, you do.
