Last Friday, I had the absolute pleasure to hang with Lancôme Paris and my fellow bloggirls (above) at Juvia for the beauty brand’s “Latin Chic” presentation. Set amongst a superabundance of scented roses, we relished a fashion show where the latest beauty trends were communicated to us via Celebrity Makeup Artist Sandy Litner, who has worked her magic on celebs such as Penelope Cruz, Christie Brinkley, Elizabeth Hurley, Queen Noor and Patti Hansen — just to name a few. Yep, Sandy’s kind of a big deal.

It was a slightly chilly day — Ha! It was in the ’80s — so I chose to wear my blue Alexis moto jacket paired with my newfangled python clutch by Vintage Reign as both are proud Miami-based designers. As Ginger snapped my pictures, a wallop of wind created an accidental mustache on my mug, and said picture depicts the day’s sentiment in one shot: Sheer fun!
