{Dress c/o Ramona La Rue, Jimmy Choo heels (old), Phillip Lim clutch}
Is there anything more figure flattering than a wrap dress? The answer is a resounding no, kids. When I’m feeling bloated (this occurs every day because I’m addicted to bloat-inducing foods such as cheese, cheeseburgers and pasta) and I have an event, I always reach for a wrap dress because they hide I-ate-too-much-lunch syndrome with aplomb.
This particular frock by Miami’s own designer Ramona La Rue has a decidedly vintage feel to it — making it trés cool in my book. I paired it with my new go-to metallic clutch by Phillip Lim. I had the pleasure of meeting the Asian-American designer a while back here and he was so sweet (most of the designer I meet are all work and no play) so whenever I wear it, well, I think about that night where we fought over who was tanner. I’m convinced I won. You be the judge of that.
Funny how the most curious of objects have the ability to harken fond memories, right?
That watch tho

You fought with Phillip Lim over who was tanner. I love you. TO DEATH. Hahaha. He looks like so much fun. Literally ever photo I see of him seems to have such great energy.
Can’t decide which photo I love more the second or the third. I’m thinking third’s gotta win, your face is too cute.

I love how your dress is something more than just a wrap dress, the fun print and high-low style makes it so fashion forward!
