I feel like my life has finally normalized (whatever that means) since Hurricane Irma. Praise sweet baby Jesus! The kids are back in school, we celebrated Sebastian’s 41st birthday, and I was able to squeeze in a blowout and manicure —my idea of therapy. So, yeah, life is on the up and up.
Next week, I’m heading to Pebble Beach and Napa Valley with my closest friends to celebrate our collective 40th birthdays. We planned the trip years ago and I can’t believe it’s finally here! We’ll be touring Wine Country and the husband will be checking off “playing golf at Pebble Beach” off his personal bucket list.
The weather is supposed to dip into the 40s at night which has me really stoked because Miami has been insufferably hot and humid as of late. This boob-sweat weather is not for me and I’M OVER IT.
