It’s easy. It contains only three ingredients (if you hold the bacon and cheddar cheese). It’s easy. Did I already mention that? Ha! One of my go-to slow cooker meals is Crack Chicken for days I am feeling lazy. Here goes!
4 chicken breasts
- 16 ounces of cream cheese
- 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch original ranch seasoning
Throw all three ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 4 to 6 hours, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Shred the chicken and mix all ingredients until incorporated. If you’re feeling fancy, garnish with bacon and cheddar cheese but totally not a must. Enjoy!
