Bernadette Fox is a brilliant architect. She’s her daughter Bee’s best friend. Bernadette is hated by her fellow Seattle mommies (she’s agoraphobic). She’s unorthodox in every way. And then Bernadette — poof! — goes missing in the tome, Where’d You Go Bernadette. This book has all the makings of a perfect read: A kooky protagonist, loads of humor and quips, and the underlying notion that there’s no bond greater than the one between mothers and daughters. I gobbled up this hysterical best seller in one fell swoop over Winter break. You will, too.
Ah, I’m in need of a good book right now since Scandal + OITNB is gone. Thanks 🙂

loved this book!
It was funny, but it didn’t KILL me. I think my all time fave you’ve recommended has been ” the invisible bridge”. Xoxo
