The perfect-fit jeans, a crisp-white button-down shirt, a solid bra, a little black dress — you can add “concealer” to the list of women’s essentials. So far, my go-to concealers to erase those gnarly dark under-eye circles have been Clé de Peau and It Cosmetics but I keep reading about Tarte’s Shape Tape so I’m giving it a whirl.
My two-cents?
Often times, concealers can be too chalky or too thin (especially for those of us in our 40s). Plus, I never thought I’d meet a concealer I didn’t have to set with powder — until I used this. Even better, it’s such a full coverage formula that you can use as a foundation replacement — just dot over just-moisturized skin and blend.
