From staying on top of pop culture to mushy goldendoodle photos to piping hot Love Island tea, my recent Reddit addiction is straight-up embarrassing. And all consuming. The heart wants what the heart wants! Cringey addictions aside, I do, in fact, follow a “good recipe” group on Reddit where I unearthed this Savory Sheet Pan Beef with Colorful Peppers dish. Here goes…
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 red bell peppers, sliced
2 yellow bell peppers, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine beef strips with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
Add sliced bell peppers and onion to the bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Spread the mixture evenly on a large sheet pan.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the beef is cooked through and the peppers are tender with a slight char.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with rice, tortillas or crusty bread.
