Fringe is quite a polarizing trend in the fashion realm: People either looooooove or hate it. Me? Like a moth to a flame, I’m attracted to fringe’s flirty nature. I spotted this No Pise La Grama (a cool Colombian brand, by the way) dress at Saks Bal Harbour and fell in love with the green hue replete with — you guessed it — fringe.
