A few slices of bread (I like gluten-free options from Whole Foods)
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large tupperware combine milk, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Soak bread in this mixture for at least an hour (this is key for the gooey goodness)! In a skillet, melt butter and fry slices of bread until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup and powder sugar for extra pizzazz.
