Lemony, buttery and sherry wine-ish — this chicken tenderloin recipe ridiculously easy and insane on the tastebuds. My dear friend Liana whipped up this dish for me over 20 years ago and it remains one of my all-time favorite chicken recipes. I don’t know the exact measurements so just measure with your heart!
INGREDIENTS
1 package of chicken tenderloins or chicken breast
2 fresh lemons
Sherry cooking wine
Flour
PREPARATION
With a mallet, tenderize each chicken tender or chicken breast until thin. Dust each tenderloin in flour. In a pan, warm up some butter and olive oil. Add the chicken and cook until golden on each side. Once chicken is cooked through, add sherry cooking wine and the juice of the lemons. Season with garlic salt. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens a bit. Serve with rice and a vegetable. Enjoy!
