Cook This: Artichoke Cheese Dip

I was recently invited to a pot luck lunch (and pressed for time!) so I dug up this old recipe for the best-ever artichoke cheese dip which calls for only four ingredients. I love that this particular dip is salty, cheesy, hot and gooey and your friends and family will too! Here goes…


♥ 1 package neufatchel cheese (looks like a block of cream cheese — sold next to cream cheese)

♥ 1 cup of fresh shredded parmesan cheese

♥ 1 can of artichoke hearts chopped

♥ 1 cup of mayonnaise


Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until bubbling. I like to serve with Triscuit crackers. Enjoy!
