Cook This: Cauliflower Crust Pizza

If you’re anything like me, you’re far too lazy (or busy) to make your own gluten-free cauliflower pizza crust from scratch. It’s a laborious and messy task best left for the pros. Frozen, store-bought cauli crust it is because I’m all about that no-stress and no-mess life!

But here’s the problem — if you read the labels of the crusts in the frozen section of your local supermarket you’ll find they’re extremely high in carbs (which is no bueno!). So after searching high and low (thanks to fellow blogger Liv Light), this one from Cali’flour Foods is your healthiest option as there’s only 6 carbs for an entire crust made with ingredients you can actually pronounce. Um, winning!

Now, a lot of you tell me you find cauli crusts soggy AF — the trick is to bake them at 350 for 15 minutes before adding sauce, cheese and your fave toppings.

Nom!
