Aloha, Anna Wintour

Watch out Big Apple, The Wordy Girl is New York bound. Yep, come Monday, I’m Jet Blue-ing it to the land of Anna Wintour, André Leon Talley, Balthazar, BARNEYS, BERGDORFS — the name dropping goes on and on. But for realz, I’m heading to the Lucky Magazine Fashion and Beauty Blogger (FABB) Conference to learn a thing or two or three about — you guessed it — blogging.

Also on my NYC trip bucket list? Going sandy blonde (bye bye ombre!) at Marie Robinson (she does Emma Stone’s ridiculously perfect color), eating carbs at Parm, eating more carbs at Momofuko (crack pie, anyone?), catching up with cousin Seborn at Beauty & Essex, Fashion’s Night Out in the City that started it all, and lord knows what other shenanigans I’ll be getting into. I also plan on making some key Fall wardrobe purchases, too. Oh, and sleeping past 7 a.m. is also high on the priority list as is napping and not having to change a poopoo diaper for four days in a row. Hooray for no diaper duty!
