{Fresh Meal Plan}

Fresh meals sent to my doorstep? Sign me up. The kind chefs at Fresh Meal Plan were sweet enough to send me three days worth of freshly prepared “traditional” meals. And now that I have a better grasp on the importance of healthy food habits, I can tell you that each meal was both yummy and healthy.

The gist of Fresh Meal Plans? Aside from taking away the hard “work” (the supermarket schlep, buying a laundry list of ingredients, food prep, cooking and cleaning), each dish provides a perfect balance of lean proteins, grains, fibrous vegetables, complex carbohydrates and essential fats to help your body burn fat more efficiently. The calorie content in each dish? 350-450 calories per meal.

I especially liked the quinoa stir fry, grilled salmon (pictured here) and scrambled eggs breakfast. So if you, too, wish to start a healthier lifestyle, give Fresh Meal Plan a try. My fave part about this? It’s hassle free. Got to love that!

    This is perfect for people like me because I don’t mind cooking but the trips to the grocery store and the market really drive me insane!
