clean eats

It’s time for all of you to get the dirt on Dirt restaurant nestled on 232 5th Street, Miami Beach. I’ve been on a gluten-free and clean food kick for the past year (I know, I’m a little late to this party) and I’ve been hooked on Dirt since its opening — because the eats are a triple threat: Delicious, healthy and inexpensive.

My go-to sips and dishes? The bullet proof coffee for a blast of energy, the seasonal plate with quinoa crusted fish (I detest fish but the fish here is bomb.com), and goat cheese and peas toast served with Zak the Baker bread (photographed above). The ambience here is right up my alley, too. It’s minimalist yet cozy with a chill, mother-nature loving vibe.

So give it a try and thank me later. They deliver, too, so now there’s no excuse to say you don’t have time to eat clean!
