She’s BACK! My Weave, That Is

My weave, that is. And yes, the results are unbeWEAVEable (see what I did there)?

I popped into Bellami hair extension specialists in the Miami Design District today where stylist Yami placed one pack of 20-inch tape-in extensions ($244 per pack). As long as you go into your appointment with clean and blow-dried hair, the installation takes less than 1 hour and costs $125. Most people put in two packs of hair extensions but I’m a low maintenance kinda gal, so I make one pack work by wearing my hair in loose beach waves.

From clip-ins, to Keratin beads, to pony tails — I have tried all types of hair extensions and in my opinion, tape-ins are the best as they do not harm your hair in the long run and are easier to maintain. 

The end result? Long, lustrous locks like Rapunzel.
