Hi friends! Here are some pictures I took during Swim Week. I collaborated with The Confidante hotel where I indulged in their comfy and contemporary rooms, Zen-sational spa, scored a fishtail braid from their Warren Tricomi salon and Salty Donut pop-up shop. My in-laws took care of the kids (#blessed) and my husband joined me for a 2-night slumber party (#sexytime). Ha ha!
I attended only two events (other than modeling in the Splashion fashion show) — a Camilla presentation and Net-a-Porter dinner at Faena Hotel — this Swim Week season because:
- I’d rather be holed up in a fancy hotel room swathed in a soft terry-cloth robe watching Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Duh!
- When you’re a mom of two, you rarely have alone time and this staycation allowed me to really decompress, and imbibe and ingest the enitire contents of the mini bar (I forgot how ambrosial peanut M&Ms are). **SIDE NOTE: Kids at sleep-away camp, your parents are so freaking happy right now.**
- I prefer to catnap with the AC cranked at 69 degrees and catch an Intervention marathon like a complete psycho (I mean, what does it say about me that I have a favorite Intervention episode?)
So yeah, I truly relaxed this time around. And you know what? It was the best Swim Week in the history of my career. Less is always more.

Willy Wonka is life
Want those shoes
I don’t blame you one bit. I stayed as far away from SOBE as possible this year. Your pics are always on point! I’m loving the colors in this post. xo
Where are the gorgeous earrings from?

Hi! Thank you! My mother in law bought them from me from a street vendor in Spain.
