Food photographer I am not (welp) but I know this much is true: This GF panko paprika chicken recipe is FIRE. Like, lick-the-plate delicious! Here’s what you will need:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 Tbsps Butter
- Gluten free panko crumbs
- 2 Tbsps Dijon Mustard
- ¼ cup Grated Pecorino Cheese
- Spice blend: a spoonful of Smoked Paprika, Sweet Paprika, Ground Yellow Mustard, Garlic Powder & Onion Powder
In a bowl, melt the butter. Add dijon mustard and all the spices into the bowl so it’s a creamy mixture. On a separate plate, add the panko crumbs and pecorino cheese. Next, coat each chicken breast in the butter/mustard/spice blend and coat with panko/pecorino blend. Bake atop parchment paper for 22 minutes at 450 degrees.
