
Who needs a trip to the neighborhood mall for a Cinnabon fix when I’ve officially cracked the code at home? Yep, consider this my soft, gooey declaration of independence! All it takes is a tin of store-bought cinnamon rolls and a handful of sinfully sweet ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
2 tins of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls (regular size works)
1 cup Sweet Cream-flavored coffee creamer
1 stick of butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 whipped cream cheese frosting
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Next, coat a rectangular baking dish in butter or your non-sticking spray of choice. Add cinnamon rolls to the dish. Add coffee creamer to the bottom. In a another bowl, microwave the butter until melted and then add brown sugar and cinnamon. Place a dollop of the butter/sugar mixture atop each roll. Cover will aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Cover each roll with cream cheese frosting. Enjoy!
