Good news for everyone who loves celebrity fitness expert Tracy Anderson’s sweat sessions — the movement mogul is opening her highly anticipated Coral Gables studio this month. Joining locations in Montana, California, New York City, the Hamptons, Madrid, Spain and London, the Gables door marks the studio’s 10th location with Palm Beach on the horizon in 2026.
The 5,500 square-foot space is giving state-of-the-art wellness (think infrared heat panels, custom humidity systems, patented Iso-Kinetic Band System and more) wrapped in a minimalist vibe. “Like all our spaces, it’s designed as a sanctuary where people can come as they are to deeply improve their health, honor their movement span, and practice how to truly be with their bodies. I’m especially grateful to team up with my longtime client Oana Reedy in this life-giving venture, as she brings the Coral Gables community personalized, holistic wellness programs that continually evolve so progress never stands still,” Anderson says.
A cadre of celebrities such as Victoria Beckham, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez and Gwyneth Paltrow are fans of Anderson’s hot and humid dance-based workouts. “Tracy has created an entirely new language of wellness that is more than just a workout — it’s an organic source of energy and strength that elevates everything else — and I’m beyond grateful that our Miami community will now be able to access it,” adds Oana Reedy, who is leading the launch of the studio.
The swanky studio is replete with private showers, locker rooms and onsite boutique. Memberships are designed to provide a fully personalized wellness journey where each member receives an individual prescription from a team of specialists — known as the “Prescription Team.”
Anderson adds, “Building a business from a special skill is a committed and enduring process, and I have been dreaming of emerging in the Miami market for many years. I’m thrilled to continue the expansion of Tracy Anderson Studios with the opening of our first Miami location.”
