Anyoo, I’m trying to incorporate my cardio into my life so I’m running twice a week for 35 minutes each time. I like to run to Booty Music and my go-to station is Magic Mike Radio on Pandora like a total Miami girl. Recently, I noticed my lower back was starting to hurt after my runs (#old), so I now where these orange Nike sneakers which offer more cushion — unlike my prior pair which boasted a “naked” feel. In the beginning it was an adjustment, but this babe is loving the additional support.
Today is Sunday and I forced myself to take a brisk 3-mile run and let me tell you… once I felt the sun kiss my skin, the breeze run through my pony tail and my adrenaline start pumping…I felt ALIVE. Listening to a little Two Live Crew (don’t judge) helped, too. Don’t stop, get it get it!
