The best way to zhuzh up boring, ol’ chicken breast? Batter that baby up and bake/fry it! Duh. My chicken cutlet recipe is easy AF and the key is to pound each raw chicken breast until they’re paper thin like an Italian nona would. Capice?
INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts
3 eggs
Progresso bread crumbs
Garlic salt
PREPARATION
Cut each chicken breast into two halves, and pound until thin. In a bowl, scramble eggs and add garlic salt. Place the chicken breasts into the egg bath. Press firmly into a plate full of bread crumbs. Bake or pan fry in oil of your choosing until golden brown on each side. Mangia!
