She’s Greek (YES!). She’s well traveled. She’s sweeter than baklava. She has a keen eye for interior design.  She possesses an enviable shoe collection. She can farm, too! Oh, and did I mention she owns Miami’s most-coveted restaurant Mandolin Aegean Bistro with her husband, Ahmet? Yes, I’m talking about restauranteur /superwoman Anastasia Koutsioukis who also happens to be a dear friend, because you know, we Greeks stick together like cool tzatziki sauce on a piping hot gyro.
