She’s Greek (YES!). She’s well traveled. She’s sweeter than baklava. She has a keen eye for interior design.  She possesses an enviable shoe collection. She can farm, too! Oh, and did I mention she owns Miami’s most-coveted restaurant Mandolin Aegean Bistro with her husband, Ahmet? Yes, I’m talking about restauranteur /superwoman Anastasia Koutsioukis who also happens to be a dear friend, because you know, we Greeks stick together like cool tzatziki sauce on a piping hot gyro.     What an adorable picture of her. I love the home design. Can you please ask them to make a vegan friendly option on their menu? Last time I went I ate an entire plate of hummus with cukes because that’s all this gringo can eat there (the chef would not adapt recipes without dairy). That being said, I always refer my non-vegan friends there! 🙂
