CinéBistro: Movies with Taste

FUN FACT ABOUT ME: I’m an avid movie watcher. The first movie which left a tremendous impact on me was Stand by Me. The crushes on River Phoenix and Wil Wheaton were real. Other films I can watch over and over again? Well, it’s a gallimaufry of flicks such as Pretty In Pink, Goonies, Dumb & Dumber, Goodfellas, Pulp Fiction, City of God, Jaws, A Christmas Story, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Dirty Dancing and Caddyshack. If I happen to stumble upon one of the aforementioned flicks while channel surfing, my day is DONE. Hook. Line. And sinker.

So when the folks at CinéBistro Doral reached out to collaborate on a blog post I was all for it because I’m a huge moviegoer. Especially when the theater at hand is a world-class “dinner and movie” concept developed by Cobb Theatres.

Let’s just say a night out at the movies at freshly minted CinéBistro at CityPlace Doral is a real treat for the senses. Roomy, reclining seats aside, the theater boasts a bar, lounge area and private party room. And the food and cocktails are tops. I savored all the dishes photographed above — the Hamachi Taquitos, Lobster Roll Sliders, Broiled Lobster, Key Lime Crème Brulée Doughnut and Caramelized Banana Cheesecake. All were perfection!

Adult tickets start at $18 and are available for purchase here.

See you at the movies!
